Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and proper packaging to make sure the item arrives safely.
If the returned item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, we may not be able to provide a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping costs, programming fees, and service fees may be non-refundable depending on the order.

Our support includes help with installation questions, basic troubleshooting, tuning file support, warning lights, fault codes, and other service-related questions.
To receive support, please contact us with your order number, vehicle information, and any fault codes or dashboard messages.
Exchanges
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or there is an issue caused by our service.
